Almond Rocca

 

Graham Crackers (can also use saltines or club crackers)

1 cup butter

¾ cup dark brown sugar

Almonds-finely chopped (4 oz.)

Preheat oven to 400.  Line bottom and sides of 12 x 14 pan with foil.

Quarter graham crackers and line bottom of pan.

Boil butter and sugar in pan for 3 minutes. 

Pour over crackers.  Sprinkle almonds evenly

over the top.  Bake for 7 minutes.  Cool.
